A step towards natural

A campaign product of a case study for the "Evea" brand.

Evea is an eco-responsible fashion and footwear company that strives to preserve the forests of the Peruvian Amazon as well as the integration and development of the Amazonian communities that inhabit it.

Through collaborative work with artisans, researchers, engineers and designers, latex is collected from trees without the need of cutting them down or damaging the ecosystem. All this is thanks to an ancestral carving technique inherited by artisans from Amazonian communities, who carve the tree bark so they can extract the liquid without cutting it down, allowing for regeneration and continuous production.

Thanks to this process, they are able to generate job opportunities for Amazonian communities, combating poverty, illegal activities, deforestation, and conserving Amazonian biodiversity and its ecosystems.

The project consisted of a total rebranding, plus an ATL and digital media campaigns, aiming for brand recognition and reaching new audiences.

Campaign sought to inform about the problems in the Amazon region of Peru, and how Evea solves these problems through the manufacture of eco-friendlyy footwear, as well as communicating the attributes that make Evea a different kind of brand.

To define the target audience, we relied on a key insight: "I want to feel i'm supporting a noble cause". Referring to all those people dismayed by climate change who are seeking to take a step towards change.

With this insight in mind, we developed the campaign concept: "A step towards natural".
